Accounts can be opened as individual or joint. Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) are required for all accounts.
To add a beneficiary you will need their name, address, and SSN or ITIN are required.
Under the USA Patriot Act, all financial institutions are required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open an account with the Credit Union, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other identifying information. You must bring in at least a $5 deposit and your unexpired Indiana or Kentucky issued driver’s license or identification with your current address within 10 business days. If your identification does not meet these requirements, please visit a branch location to join our membership.
